VISION, PRINCIPLES AND PRACTICALITIES
If we look at the Local Houses of Prayer that have started in Australia, Switzerland or Zambia they will all look different… the practicalities may be different but the vision and the principles will be the same.

BECOMING A PEOPLE OF HOPE, READY FOR AN APPOINTED TIME
We are called to be a people of hope. Sometimes delays, disappointments, betrayals and criticisms cause us to let go of the things God has promised us… and we settle. Could it be that we are coming in to a Kairos time where divine opportunity meets divine favour?

DEMONSTRATION: COMMUNITY BLESSINGS
One of the things we do when we meet in our LHOP is to speak blessings over our communities. We come into agreement with each other and alignment with heaven for God’s blessings to be released in our communities. Here’s an emaple of what it can look like in practice.

CARRY, STAND, BLESS
The core work of a Local House of Prayer is to carry the presence of God, to stand in His presence as we minister to Him and to proclaim blessings over our families, neighbourhoods and nations from within the presence of God.

LHOP FUNDAMENTALS: INTRODUCING LOCAL HOUSES OF PRAYER
Who's praying for your neighbourhood? In this animated video, you'll learn more about Local Houses of Prayer, and how to partner with God for your neighbourhood.

THE RIVER FLOWING OUT
LHOP is a ministry flowing out from a small retreat centre in Wales called Ffald y Brenin. Our DNA is the same. This is an invitation to find our story in His story, let us take our place!

DEMONSTRATION:
SPEAKING BLESSINGS

In Deuteronomy 10:8 we see that priests were called to carry His presence, stand in His presence and proclaim blessings. As part of the Royal Priesthood, Jesus has delegated us authority to proclaim blessings over people and places. Let’s explore how we do this in practice.

GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM
The Good News (euangelion) that Jesus brought includes our personal salvation but is so much bigger than that! He incarnated the Kingdom and invites us to carry the presence of God to others. As his rule breaks in, people’s hearts are changed and our communities begin to change.

PRAY LIKE THIS
When His disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray, He drew on an established tradition of Jewish teachers and gave them a robust framework which would form their thinking on how to pray for the arrival of God's rule on the earth. His prayer is powerful and effective, even in our day.

LHOP TESTIMONY: LIVING WITH THE CALEB QUESTIONS
Brigitte from Denmark shares how living with the Caleb Questions has helped to bring the presence and the power of God into the natural end and flow of her life. Sharing the blessing and the good news of Jesus is no longer a forced movement, but rather it fits organically as she goes about her day.
