CHAPTER 1
Dreaming With God for Our Workplace: The Gospel of the Kingdom

GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM

The Good News (euangelion) that Jesus brought includes our personal salvation but is so much bigger than that! He incarnated the Kingdom and invites us to carry the presence of God to others. As his rule breaks in, people’s hearts are changed and our communities begin to change.

A powerful anthem about seeking God's kingdom throughout every sphere. We long for heaven’s transformation, revival, and healing for all of society.

WHAT WOULD THE KINGDOM OF GOD LOOK LIKE IN MY WORKPLACE?

Jesus came to transform all things, including our workplaces. Let’s look together at some practical examples of what this could look like as we take responsibility for the places where we work.

CHAPTER 2
Taking your Place: Every Believer a Priest

CARRY, STAND, BLESS

The core work of a Local House of Prayer is to carry the presence of God, to stand in His presence as we minister to Him and to proclaim blessings over our families, neighbourhoods and nations from within the presence of God.

OUR PRIESTLY AUTHORITY AT WORK

The world is not going to be reached if the people in the workplace don’t stand up and play their part. May we understand the authority we have as part of the royal priesthood in the workplace.

CHAPTER 3: Pray Like This

PRAY LIKE THIS

When His disciples asked Jesus to teach them how to pray, He drew on an established tradition of Jewish teachers and gave them a robust framework which would form their thinking on how to pray for the arrival of God's rule on the earth. His prayer is powerful and effective, even in our day.

GOD CARES FOR OUR WORKPLACES

Let us pray together for the peace and prosperity of our workplaces. As we take our place and pray regularly for our workplaces, may we see transformation and even dare dream that this may overflow to society and culture where we live and work.
